That was the greeting Nick Johnstone received on February 8, 2011, as he opened
a small office on Male Street. No big name. No franchise. Just belief, grit, and a vision
to do real estate differently.

Nick saw a gap in Bayside — the need for a truly local, independent agency that puts
people before property. Our team isn’t just local — we live and breathe Bayside.
More than 7 of us have been working at NJ for over a decade From the beaches to the
backstreets, we know this area like home — because it is.

We proudly support our community through groups like Bayley House, Sandringham
Football Club, Beaumaris Tennis & Football Clubs, Rotary Club of Brighton and Bentleigh Bowls Club.
