Jack provided excellent guidance on the whole Auction process as it was our first time. He made us understand the different approaches that could be taken to market and sell our apartment and ensuring that we received the highest possible dollar value possible. He also, as a certified Auctioneer, did a great job creating excitement on the day of the Auction amongst the various bidders. He certainly knows how to run an Auction!
