FEBRUARY – RECORD MONTH WITH 31 MILLION IN SALES.
Congratulations to all the team with 17 sales and some outstanding results, including 5 sales at above 3 million – an exceptional result and further evidence the Bayside market is really accepting of “your personal agent” approach.
Some outstanding individual results were 32 Drake, which was sold within 24 hours of listing for well over 4 miillion, an apartment in ST.Ninians for $400,000 above reserve at close to mid 4 millions, 13 Hall a great auction with 4 bidders and sold for close to $300,000 above reserve. 10 Margarita and 19 Hilton sold with great offers prior to auction and 441 Highett Road sold before we even had a chance to put the board up!!!!!
The month ahead again looks very strong with several auctions and lots of off market transactions taking place – it is certainly an amazing time for vendors who are listing with us. David Urquhart is handling our off market enquiries and has had some outstanding results including a property that we had listed for 12 days after being with another agency for close to 7 months!!!
Rentals are strong and we are struggling to keep up with demand – we have had some very good international enquiry for good 4-5 bedroom family homes, please let us know if you know anyone wanting to rent out a Bayside property.
It is very simple right now, demand is exceeding supply , buyers are lining up for good quality homes.
