April Market Review

April – a record month at NJRE. 

Thanks to all our vendors, it was certainly an amazing month, considering we had school holidays and Easter.

Some incredible results include Blair Athol that sold for around 8 million – on the market for less than a month.

1 Webb Street, a newish home sold for just under $4.5m, an off market sale through our off-market register. This register is definitely gaining momentum and our list of buyers is increasing. 1/115 Roslyn Street sold under the hammer for $722,000, some $122,000 above reserve, showing strength in the market with good marketing and a strong auction – 7 bidders.
